OBJECTIVES

• • Acquire basic information about boiler construction and components such as safety valves, instrumentation, venting and pressure control devices
  • Come up with modern designs of boilers which re needed in industries.
  • Learn the theories behind combustion, water flow, heat transfer, and oxygen, water, and fuel reactions
  • Understand the boiler design and sizing,gain knowledge about safe boiler practices;
  • Graduate should be able to create boilers and install them..
  • They need to know how to manipulate pieces and use instruments to weld them together

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

• • A hand written application addressed to the Director
  • A certified true copy of Birth certificate
  • A certified true copy of Advanced Level Certificate / Result Slip or school Attendance Attestation for candidates awaiting GCE Avanced level results
  • 02 passport size photographs
  • An A4 envelope with postal stamp carrying the candidate’s address
  • An application form available at the institution or on the website(www.myiuc.com)
  • A medical fee of 5000 Fcfa to be paid after admission and during registration
  • Application fee: Nationals : 10 000 Frs. foreigners 25 000 Frs.
