HND – PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The HND in Project Management program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, practices, and tools necessary to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion. This program equips students with the skills to manage project teams, resources, and timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The program focuses on various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Project Management, and prepares graduates to handle projects across a wide range of industries, from construction to IT, and healthcare to manufacturing. Graduates will be prepared to take on managerial roles and lead projects, ensuring their successful execution.

1. Understand Project Management Fundamentals
