In this program, learners discover how to set clear goals, define scope, establish a cost estimate, manage a timeline, and deliver a successful project. As organizations become more complex through cross-cultural initiatives, multi-industry developments, and technologically enhanced workplaces, project management becomes increasingly important. Employers need graduates with the skills to lead these multifaceted projects.
DURATION: 2 years

- Identify local, national and international partners
- Identify the sources to exploit.
- Analyze and summarize information found. Monitoring technological and competitive development; Coordinate a project.
- Define the operational objectives of the project;

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- A hand written application addressed to the Director
- A certified true copy of Birth certificate
- A certified true copy of Advanced Level Certificate / Result Slip or school Attendance Attestation for candidates awaiting GCE Avanced level results
- 02 passport size photographs
- An A4 envelope with postal stamp carrying the candidate’s address
- An application form available at the institution or on the website(www.myiuc.com)
- A medical fee of 5000 Fcfa to be paid after admission and during registration
- Application fee : Nationals : 10 000 Frs. foreigners 25 000 Frs.
